Hi,
I used the plugins to download the metadata. Metadata is downloaded correctly but on each games page, I can't see the videos.
And about half of the games don't have an icon.

Videos are not supported by Playnite itself, you need to use 3rd party extension for them. If you have issue with that extension, you need to ask for support where it's appropriate to that extension (depends on where the dev what's feedback to be reported).
