The only option for playing laserdisc games in Playnite 8 is the Retroarch fork of Daphne.
You can easily add Hypseus Singe to your Playnite 8 using the Emulator Template here
If you are using Playnite 9+, you can not import this. If you download the zip and open the extracted YAML file in a text editor, you may be able to use the contents to manually add this emulator to your Playnite.
